Brown Aluminum Oxide
Brown Aluminum Oxide
Brown Aluminum Oxide is produced by combining bauxite and anthracite in electric arc furnaces at extremely high temperatures. It belongs to the electro corundum group and is characterized by its distinctive brown color.
This iron-free mineral is the second hardest material after diamond, making it exceptionally resistant to abrasion. It is extensively utilized in both wet and dry blasting applications, as well as in the manufacturing of abrasive stones, grinding wheels, and sandpapers.
